9 years Wow!!

How many crazy life events can a couple cram into 9 years? We did & came out stronger than ever. Babe you are the most caring loving husband, my best friend, the BEST most AMAZING daddy in the intire world. We have been through deepest darkest times with unbearable losses to the highest of highs and literarily best days of our life together AND I couldn't of made it through any of it if it wasn't with you. You are my rock, the foundation of our home, and a leader to me & to our daughter. I have been with you for 19 years now & on this 9 year anniversary I am more in love with you than I was on day one! I thank God for you & couldn't imagine doing life with anyone else! Your the BEST & I love you! Happy Anniversary!! Xoxo

A new kind of journey!

                     I am blessed. 

   Blessed in so many different ways...

• my husband I married my high school sweetheart almost 9 years ago.. We have been together 19 years y'all!! We have been through it all and are stronger for it. He is my best friend. 

• my family (on both sides) they have all seen us in the darkest times of our journey with adoption & loved us through it all! 

• my daughter.. I can't say enough about her & how she blesses me every second of every day! She is my World. I still tear up knowing God trusted me...ME to be her mom! *pinch*

• my job I am blessed to work for a Christian Dr. who knows that God is first Family second & work third. And he truly stands by this! 

• my friends who have seen me through infertility, in vetro, fostering & failed adoptions. I was mean & hated the world & they loved me even harder! 

  

• With new opportunities. I have been on the fence with becoming a consultant for a company called Rodan and Fields Dermatology (the makers of pro-active). I was asked by a friend to sign up as a consultant and it wasn't the right time for my family to take that leep so I just ordered the Reverse Regimen and honestly thought (sorry Ash) if I can't afford it the next time I'll just cancel. Well the product sells it's self, not only did I fall in love with my post hysterectomy/ hormonal skin.  I was seeing my friends lives change before my eyes! They had signed up with this amazing company & build a business of their own and were going places... I mean big places & going places with FABULOUS skin at that!!

 Happy Birthday my sweet Pickles!

Wow priss. How the time has flown bye! I can not believe you are the big 5 today!   Your dad & I want to put bricks on your head because you are growing up so fast! You are very busy with soccer, choir & mission friends at church, you're in private Kinder & doing very well! You want to start gymnastics back up & you keep asking when you get to sing on stage at choir.  You are so happy & your love for God makes me one proud momma!  Right now your favorite song is "Bless The Lord O my soul" you sing it every morning on the way to school & I love that so much! You even asked for a "baby Jesus doll" for your birthday. I can't tell you enough times how blessed & happy I am that God picked your dad & I to be your parents & I am soooooo over the moon happy that we got to spend your 3rd, 4th & now 5th birthday together! I can't wait to celebrate the next 60 Birthdays with you :)

Weekend Recap

We had a very laid back weekend and I was soooooo excited! I love the lazy ones because they never happen.

Today was very laid back coffee, church, a tincy bit of yard work & started my out door fall decorating :)

An impromptu invite to the lake was the perfect way to end our weekend with family!! Our Prissy Pickles surfed for her first time and she was a pro. (Of course only on her sweet cousins back)!! Jacob is the coolest 16 year old to take her surfing and to be so patient with teaching her how to be safe but have a blast too!!

Weekend Happenings

We had a busy weekend full of family & fun. Soccer & lake fun on Saturday. Then Sunday my prissy pickles went to church with Nan for Grandparents Day & she finished her art project. She made coffee mugs for the G-maws & gave pictures to the G-paws.
